Chuck's career in technology started where most people never go. As co-founder and Chief Software Architect of Voiceware Systems, he designed and built over 400 custom software applications for clients including the FBI, CIA, United Nations, Palm Beach County, and international telecom providers across the Caribbean. He also delivered platforms for major media brands like MTV and Cosmopolitan Magazine.
From there, he founded PalmTech Computer Solutions, growing it into one of South Florida's most trusted managed service providers over 22 years. That company was ultimately acquired by BERPL, Inc., a $200M employee-owned organization, where Chuck was appointed Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), leading enterprise cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and risk management across the entire portfolio.
Today, Chuck brings that full spectrum of experience to White Rabbit Advisory Group: deep software architecture roots, executive leadership at scale, elite security credentials, and a hands-on understanding of how AI is reshaping business operations. He holds a CISSP certification from ISC2 and is an Amazon best-selling co-author of Under Attack, a book on cybersecurity strategy for business.
